Kamran Rajabli, a Greco-Roman wrestler from the “Neftchi” Sports Club, secured a place among the prize winners at an international tournament held in the city of Shymkent, Kazakhstan. Competing in the 72 kg weight category, our wrestler won a bronze medal in the traditional competition dedicated to the memory of academician Mardan Saparbayev.
It should be noted that wrestlers from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and China participated in the tournament.
