Jeyhun Shiraliyev Zakir oglu was born on February 23, 1980. He graduated from the Baku Eurasian University in 2001, the Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sport in 2016. He is a head of the sports department of the “Neftchi Sports Club” Public Union.
