The U-16 Baku Shooting Championship for athletes under 16 (U-16) finished held at the Baku Shooting Center. The competition, organized jointly by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Shooting Federation, “Neftchi” Sports Club’s athletes Madina Zakarayeva won a silver medal in the girls’ event, scoring 536 points in the 10-meter pneumatic pistol (PTC-3) competition. In the boys’ competition, Oleg Kerjankin also achieved the same success, scoring 548 points. Mursal Aliyev took the third place with a score of 524 points.
