Aganazar Novruzov, a freestyle wrestler of the “Neftchi” Sports Club, won a bronze medal at the European Championship held in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. Our athlete, who competed in the seventy-four kilogram weight category, lost to Ramazan Ramazanov from Bulgaria in the match for third place.
It should be noted that previously, Ali Rahimzade (65 kg) and Kenan Heybatov (70 kg) from our club also won bronze medals.
