The Gymnasiade Sports Games, held in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, are ongoing. Freestyle wrestlers from the “Neftchi” Sports Club have won 2 gold and 2 bronze medals in the competition.
Among our representatives, Huseyn Huseynov (55 kg) and Hasan Hasanov (60 kg) emerged victorious in all their matches and ascended to the top of the podium. Huseyn Ismayilov (65 kg) and Nihad Abasov (71 kg) finished the tournament in third place.
