The Karabakh Revival Fund has launched the “Revival Cup” charity mini-football tournament. The event, initiated and organized by the Karabakh Revival Fund and supported by the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan, involves companies operating in the country making a donation of 1500 AZN to the Karabakh Revival Fund to participate. The tournament features 40 teams divided into 4 groups of 10 each.
In the first round, the SOCAR team faced the “Glensol” team. The match, held at the “Sportster” mini-football field in the Yasamal district, ended with SOCAR defeating their opponent 8-3.
It’s worth noting that the proceeds from the tournament will be used for the construction of sports fields in Fuzuli Central Park, located in the liberated city of Fuzuli, as commissioned by the Karabakh Revival Fund.
