The para-taekwondo athletes of the “Neftçi” Sports Club, who represented Azerbaijan with distinction and achieved great success at the XVII Summer Paralympic Games held in Paris, the capital of France, have returned to the homeland. They were welcomed at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by representatives of the “Neftçi” Sports Club and the National Paralympic Committee, media members, fans, and the athletes’ relatives.
It should be noted that our club’s para-taekwondo athletes, Imamaddin Khalilov won a gold medal and Sabir Zeynalov earned a bronze medal at the Summer Paralympic Games.
