Today is International Children’s Day.

On June 1, 1950, during an international conference of women organized by the UN General Assembly, it was decided to dedicate June 1 to the protection of children. Since then, this day has been marked as International Children’s Day.

As in most countries around the world, this day is also celebrated in Azerbaijan. In our country, all conditions have been created for children to grow up healthy, well-rounded, and as worthy citizens of the nation.

Naturally, children’s rights are also one of the most important and integral parts of human rights. Children are our future, and the future of the country is in their hands.

Happy holiday, dear children!
