The final match of the Azerbaijan Women’s League (AWL) was held at the sports hall of the Azerbaijan Technical University. In the final, the “Neftchi” basketball team faced with “Azstars.” Our team won with a score of 93-29 over their opponent.
Angelina Ismayilova from the “Neftchi” team was selected as the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the final game. Thus, “Neftchi” made history as the first champion of the league’s first playoff system championship.
