The “Neftchi” Sports Club held its next seminar for football coaches at the Garadagh Training and Sports Base located in Lokbatan. The main aim of the three-day seminar was to better prepare coaches methodically, improve their football knowledge, assist in organizing training sessions at a modern level, and achieve the development of talented young footballers.
The director of the Kids Football School of the “Neftchi” Sports Club Maharram Hasanov, greeted the seminar participants on behalf of the head of the management Sadig Sadigov, and wished them success in the new 2024/2025 football season.
At the seminar were discussed the importance of kids football, the methodology of selecting and screening players. In the event, attended by football coaches, had active participations from in theoretical and practical sessions as well as in answering questions.
Various issues were discussed during the seminar. Both theoretical and practical exercises were conducted on teaching fundamental techniques and directions, coordination movements: determination, balance, reaction, rhythm, as well as the role of match philosophy in kids football and player development, psychological preparation, and other issues.
