The Cadet Republic Boxing Championship has been organized in the Azerbaijan Boxing Center. 280 boxers have competed in the tournament (13-14 years old) on 16 weight category.Boxers of the “Neftchi Sports Club” have won 10 medals (1 gold, 2 silver, 7 bronze) of the national championship. So, the boxer Nihat Gurbanli (37 kg) has won all the opponents and become the Azerbaijan Champion. Ali Iskandarov (48 kg) and Savalan Safarov (65 kg) have won silver medals and Heybat Dadashov (41.5 kg), Farid Guliyev (43 kg), Khudu Suanverdiyev (48 kg), Ismail Gulmammadov, Elmaddin Agayev (both 50 kg), Sardar Samadzada (56 kg) and Samir Khankishiyev (59 kg) have won bronze medals.
