Teenager judokas of
Azerbaijan competed in the European Championship held in Finland. At the
continental championship young judokas of “Neftchi Sports Club” have also taken
place in the composition of the team. Azerbaijani athletes won 2 gold and 1
bronze medals in this tournament.The representative of
the club Ahmad Yusifov (55 kg) defeated the athletes of Turkey, Netherlands,
Serbia, Italy and Belarus consequently, became European Champion and won a gold
medal. He raised our tricolor flag and lift up all the spectators with national
team.
