The Cadets/Juniors African Open Championships ended held in Casablanca, Morocco. At this event, athletes were given a license to the Junior Youth Olympic Games, to be held in October in Argentina. 5 judokas of the national team and “Neftchi Sports Club” won medals. Aytac Gardashkhanli (48 kg), Vugar Talibov (66 kg) and Ibrahim Agakishiyev (81 kg) were awarded with silver medals. Ulviyya Bayramova (52 kg) and Nariman Mirzayev (60 kg) left the African Cup with a bronze medal.
