As always,
athletes of the “Neftchi Sports Club” continue to succeed in various
competitions this year. In the first quarter of the year, our athletes have
shown great persistence in national and international tournaments, winning a
total of 400 medals, including 116 gold, 114 silver and 170 bronze medals. Our
athletes have won 2 (2 gold) medals at the world championships, 2 medals at the
European championships (1 gold and 1 silver) and 19 medals at the international
tournaments (3 gold,7 silver and 9 bronze), 165 medals (55 gold, 46 silver, 68
bronze) at the republic championships, 133 medals at the capital championships
(37 gold, 34 silver, 62 bronze) and 75 medals at other championships.
