Azerbaijan Judo Championship has started held at the “Sarhadchi” Sport Olympic
Complex. 651 athletes from 74 teams (567 boys, 84 girls) participate at the
championship.Judokas of the
“Neftchi Sports Club” have won 5 medals (3 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze). Rza
yusifov (34 kg) has won all the matches and become the champion.Female judokas
Nigar Aliyeva (28 kg) and Aydan Valiyeva (32 kg) have achieved the same
successes and taken gold medals of the championship. Nigar Sahrabova (36 kg)
has taken the second place and Jamila Asadova (44 kg) has taken the third
place.
