On the 5th January, the next annual seminar of football coaches has been completed which held with the support of our club, in the Garadagh Sports Training Base, Lokbatan settlement. The main purposes of the five-day seminar have been better preparation of the coaches in terms of methodological, the development of their football skills and assistance to formation of a high level training and the training of young talented players.The massive physical education manager of the organization Akif Mammadov, has welcomed the seminar’s participants on behalf of the head of Sadig Sadigov, head of the management of the “Neftchi Sports Club” and wished them success in the next year. He has talked about the importance of kids’ football, methodology for choosing and removing players and said that, it is important to use the world experience to reveal talents among children and protect them.Then the famous FIFA referee of Azerbaijan Aliyar Aghayev and FIFA Referee assistant Mubariz Hashimov have gave detailed information about the rules of the matches and answered various questions of the coaches.Various issues have been discussed at the seminar. The activity of the football coaches in their theoretical and practical exercises, as well as their response to the questions, has attracted attention.Director of the Kids’ Football School of the “Neftchi Sports Club” Maharram Hasanov has also given detailed information about different systems. So, both theoretical and practical exercises have been held on the following issues: 4: 3: 3 classification; the behavior of defenders in this system against the attacker’s 1, 2, 3 and 3 + 1 attacks; when they lose positions, their insurances at 1: 2, 2: 3, 2: 4, 3: 4; if they have positions how to behave to 1, 2, 3 and 3 + 1 attacks; pass of positions and improvement of this pass; behavior of midfield players when losing and holding positions; joint activity of the defense, midfielders and attackers – final completion; talent – ways of its development, evolution, chronological and biological growth, successful factors and 10 key factors in talent development; game rules and other issues.Note that the head coach of the “Garadagh Lokbatan” team Habib Agayev has also participated at the seminar.
