The athletes of our club have achieved great success in the World Budo Fighting Championship held in Lankaran. Along with Azerbaijan, 400 athletes from Turkey, Russia, Georgia, Iran and Kazakhstan have competed in the competition. The athletes of the “Neftchi Sports Club” Nijat Heydarov (75 kg) and Mehrali Gasimov (+95 kg) have won the World Cup in the tournament organized among professionals.
