The Baku Sambo Championship among the athletes born in 1999-2000 was held in the Hovsan Olympic Complex. 165 athletes participated in the tournament (10 weight category).The sambo-fighters of the club won 15 medals (4 gold, 6 silver, 5 bronze) of the championship. The junior judoka Kanan Babayev (52 kg), Mikail Agui (65 kg) and Aslan Gasimov (75 kg) won all the matches and became the champions.
